Positive: The location is good with lots of shops around and easy to access public transport.

Negative: The check in process wasn't smooth, lots of dependencies and we had to adopt the landlord's time to check in. Unfortunately I was charged extra money for only bringing an additional 2 yr child without even requesting extra cot and beddings. The flat is quite old and worn down, lots of things are broken e.g. the bunk bed ladder was broken and the land lady was aware of that, but didn't fix or change it before we arrived causing safety concerns. The bedroom door makes lots of noise when open and close making the whole experience so uncomfortable. We booked for 4 people, but there weren't enough toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo and bin bags prepared, I had to call the land lady to bring them in during our stay.
