Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation, your arrival time determines how you will receive the keys. you will either need to go to the office in the center of barcelona (near plaza catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment, the following are not included in the price:, surcharge for bed linen and towels: €7 per person, tourist tax: €6.88 (per person/per day, for the first 7 days of the stay), these fees must be paid directly before arrival, either by card or bank transfer, a security deposit of €200 is required, which can be paid by bank card or transfer. this deposit will be refunded on your departure day, as long as the house rules have been respected.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
