The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double hand-basin, large walk-in shower, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has another king-size bed and has access to a cozy private terrace. On this same level we find a fully equipped family bathroom with a bath, shower, hand-basin, WC and bidet. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds with plenty of space in its built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace and private gardens of the property. This bedroom is also equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Also on this lower floor we find a second space with an additional kitchen, perfect for preparing lunch or dinner on the terrace and private gardens. The huge terrace has private sun loungers, outdoor dining for six guests and a well maintained garden area. On the upper floor, a spacious and elegant living room with dining area for six guests. The lounge area is equipped with a flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels and comfortable seating for five guests. The living room offers direct views of the sea and has access to the beautiful balcony with space to relax for two guests and with beautiful views of the beach, the sea and it is even possible to see Gibraltar and the African Coast on a clear day.
