Family-friendly enjoyable villa with huge garden and communal pool in Conil Roche Casa Escondida is a cozy, well-equipped and enjoyable villa, ideal for two families or a large family travelling together.
Interior: On the ground floor there is a spacious bright living room with a dining area and a second, slightly separated sitting area with a second TV from which you can reach the backyard terrace. The kitchen is separate and has an oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with toilet and washing machine. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and two bathrooms (each with a bathtub with shower overhead, toilet and bidet). There is a desk in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside area: The Casa Escondida has a large private garden around the house, with shady pine trees, a sitting area behind the house and another terrace with a large dining table and a shadowing arbour on the edge of the garden, where to enjoy the barbecue. In the garden there is a large trampoline and a soccer goal, for kid’s fun. A gate from the private garden gives direct access to a large and well-kept communal garden with playground equipment, and to the pool area -with separate children's pool- (open from 1st of June to 30th of September), both being quite peaceful since reserved for only a few neighbouring villas.
Location: Casa Escondida lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the elegant urbanisation Roche near Conil. The beach and the coves -calas- are very near, at only a few minutes walking distance. In Roche there are countless large villas with beautifully ingrown gardens with many palm trees and magnificent shrubs, which bloom in all colours almost the whole year round. The Roche residential area, Casa Escondida in particular, is ideally located between the sheltered small coves (Calas) towards the lighthouse of Conil and the endless beach of Roche and La Barrosa, where you can take long walks and practice surf or paddle surf. In the hinterland there are pine forests that can be explored by bike, on horseback or on foot. In the summer the residence is very busy; in the rest of the year it is quite quiet. The excellent restaurant El Timón, which is open all year round, is located directly on the cliffs and only a few steps away. In the communal area of the residence there is a small but well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, children's playground and several bars & restaurants. In the large sports area there is a public fitness park, free basketball and football courts as well as tennis and paddle courts, which can be used for a fee. Conil is about 8 km away, and El Colorado, where there are also banks and shops, is about 6 km distance.
