Welcome to our beautiful house with beautiful awakening in Valldoreix!
It is a beautiful house designed by the owners as they are interior architects, decorated with artistic taste.
The house is distributed in a very bright first floor, as it is surrounded by doors and windows overlooking the different areas of the garden. On this floor is the living room with access to the garden and 5 steps down to the dining room with access to the garden and a bio ethanol fireplace. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which can be closed with a sliding door, and a guest toilet.
A semi floor 1 with two bedrooms facing north with lots of light also and both with bed 140x190cm, with work or study space and closet or dressing room. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub.
And finally, 6 steps up, on the top floor there is a private area with a suite with dressing room, double bed 160x190cm and a large bathroom with shower. This room has a large window and beautiful mountain views.
The house is located in an area with many services, and in front there is a large free parking on the street. Next to the house there is a public swimming pool, gym, paddle, hiking area, mountain biking and horse riding in the natural park of Collcerola. There is also a children's playground, pharmacy and CAP medical care.
You will find supermarket, press, and oven with cafeteria area on foot, and only 5 minutes away you will find a stop for 2 lines of 'free' microbus that lead to the station of the railroads of the Generalitat with the train ticket (important you must have T10 of the ffcc) can not be purchased on the bus, only at the station of the ffcc. There is also free parking at the station of Valldoreix of the ffcc, and free bicycle parking at the station of Valldoreix with the T1.
The city of Barcelona is 20 minutes away with the ffcc.
