This rustic Camps Bay villa has the feel of a island resort. A massive deck which protrudes out from the open plan lounge and bedrooms with fully retractable doors so that you feel completely at one with the ocean, mountains and sky.
The exquisite deck encircles a large swimming pool where you can find koi fish and turtle ponds along side it. One of the best outside areas I have come across for serenity and views. I would be surprised to find better all round views in camps bay.
The space
There is also a small gym area on the deck (Cycle machine etc)
We have a bird avery at the back of the house but no bedroom windows lead directly onto, so do not worry about their tweets.
You may see Brusco pottering around, who lives in the bachelor pad downstairs, behind the parking area. He keeps the gardens in order and makes sure the fish and birds are fed.
Guest access
The whole house, deck and pool area are for your use exclusively. There are 2 parking bays available for your use and electric gate entry to the property. You will need to climb a set of stairs up to the main house from the parking bays.
No events can be held on the property.
Max number of extra day visitors is 6. Strictly no noisy or loud music.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Other things to note
No loud noise during the week and after 20:00 on weekends, this is a family neighbourhood and must be kept quiet and tranquil for all.

While South Africa can experience loadshedding at times, in the event of this happening the house has been equipped to ensure that all lights, fridges, internet, and the TV will remain on. The geyser and stove would not be functional but we do have an outdoor braai and there is a supply of hot water for basic use.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens.
Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers. Housekeeping will happen weekly for longer stays.
