Magnificent villa located in the residential area of Mas Mel, just 10 minutes from the beach and all services.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor is situated a spacious living room with a large table for 12 people, kitchen with two refrigerators, a small room for read or drink and a bathroom.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom of 20m2 has a large ensuite bathroom with a big bath. All other bedrooms are exterior and have the views over the street or garden.
In the basement there is a magnificent billiards room.
The house is surrounded by a splendid garden of over 3000m2, where guests can enjoy a magnificent pool, private tennis court and basketball court. In addition for the children there is an outdoor trampoline to jump and play .

1. 5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
