Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good layout, clean and well equipped for a short break. The location was pretty good, close to the beach and the main restaurant and cafe area. (A 10 minute walk).

Negative: We booked through Booking.com, but we paid Novasol via a different site. This was confusing. We were also told that we would have to pay €100 for cleaning and €40 for sheets and towels. We were told we couldn't access until 16.00. When we arrived there was no "reception" just 1 person who had the keys, scolded us for being late (15.00), and demanded payment in cash. A cash business in 2025??? I believe, and I may be wrong, but this is 1 "awesome" apartment in a complex of hundreds. This is not a multiple apartment business. This ruined the start of our holiday, and was unnecessary. Beware when booking if you have expectations of great service.

Summary: Great apartment, awful communication and service.
