Beautiful apartment for 4 people, located in a great residential in the quiet and coastal urbanisation of Pueblo Mascarat, in Altea. It features fantastic views to the sea and offers up to 3 shared pools surrounded by the amazing mountain views.
The location, the landscape and the facilities are the privileges of this wonderful residential. The biggest attraction of our guests is the beach, since it is at only 350 meters and also the three chlorine shared pools of the complex, immersed inside an unbearable mountain landscape. The first pool sizes 20 x 8 meters and the depth goes from 1 to 2.5 metres. The other two size 15 x 7 metres and a depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 metres. There is a lawn area ideal either to have a walk and relax or to play with the family little ones. For more entertainment, there are also two paddle courts in case you feel like playing.
After a long day, the private terrace of this apartment offers an excellent panoramic to the sea, inviting to have a seat all together and enjoy your breakfast or dinner al fresco feeling the soft sea breeze.
When you enter, you find a comfortable and practical living-dining area with satellite TV as well as Smart TV. The kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and everything you may need, has a little window that communicates this space with the living room. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two bedrooms with wardrobe will ensure your rest during your vacation. One has two twin beds and the other has a double bed, an en-suite bathtub bathroom and direct access to the terrace. There is a second shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. Finally, the apartment is equipped with ducted air-conditioning.
In the beautiful village of Mascarat, Altea, you will enjoy having a pleasant walking through the cobblestone streets of its old town centre. The marina lights will be your company at night. Don't miss the Church Square, the street market, and the artisan shops. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean cuisine. Finally, you will love Cala de Mascarat and other beaches like la Roda or l'Olla.
Pool opening hours: from 9.30 am to 10 pm. They are available the whole year.
Please, respect the hours of rest from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm, trying not to disturb.
Paddle courts have free access, but you must book them during July and August.
