## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the Cévennes district, close to business and industrial schools for professional stays, and 12 minutes by tram from the city center for tourist stays.
The Géant casino open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day (Sunday closing 8:00 p.m.) will allow you to refuel throughout your stay. You can also have food delivered to you via dedicated apps.

## Transit

From the center on foot, tram line 3 (green) direction Mosson or Juvignac, Tonnelles tram stop.
From the apartment, tram Tonnelles tram stop, direction Pérols or étang d'or, you can stop from the Plan Cabanes tram stop to go up the small streets to the city center, or Observatoire for the stop closest to comedy.
By car, the nearest beaches are approximately 30 minutes away.

## Ratings

Those who want to rent the apartment for partying and noise, abstain. Reception takes place between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Beyond 10 p.m checking will be charged 10 euros.

Please start the dishwasher before your departure.

BINS:

Please place all your bins (glass, yellow sorting, black bin bag) in the big black bin on the kitchen side balcony, the Keeper will take care of lowering them into the appropriate bins.)

Any need for additional cleaning time (dishes not done or apartment left extremely dirty or messy) will also result in the deduction of an additional cleaning fee via your deposit up to an additional €20/h billed by our service provider.
