Summa Haus Villa Atardecer is the perfect vacation home for families and groups of 3 to 6 people looking for tranquility, comfort and spaciousness. The house is divided into 2 floors, on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 dressing room and 2 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is 1 large living room with a work area, a separate kitchen, 1 toilet and a large terrace that surrounds the entire property.
This bright holiday home is located in the La Quinta residential neighborhood, in the town of Santa Úrsula, just 10 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Rodeos North Airport and 30 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz. In the town there are supermarkets and local shops that you can access on foot in just 5 minutes in a pleasant walk, also viewpoints and trails from where you can contemplate unbeatable sunsets.
The location is perfect if you like outdoor sports, if you are a Golfer, you have the best Golf Courses on the Island within a 30km radius. If you are passionate about Cycling, from the house you can access the best routes on the island to do your training. Also, if your sport is Trail, Running or Hiking, this is the perfect destination for its good climate and geography. Right next to the house is the Santa Úrsula Sports Complex, with a 25m swimming pool and gym.
