## Space A lovely, bright and airy one-bed apartment with a lateral sea view from the balcony ideally sited on the fourth floor of a prestigious Art Deco building along the famous Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is tastefully fitted and furnished with amenities to suit everyone’s needs. The kitchen and dining amenities includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, Bialetti coffee maker, dining for 4 places and various cooking equipment so you can look forward to using some of French’s freshest ingredients available at the fish and vegetable market. The apartment has a beautiful bathroom with large shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine and a hairdryer. The living area includes a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 and a lounge seating for 3 during the day. The apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite that includes French, Italian and English channels. The bedroom has a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, a Colonial chair that can be used to view the lovely Baie des Agnes. This apartment exudes style, comfort and practicality. Each piece has been carefully selected to match the apartment’s elegance. The current owners are very lucky to have stumbled upon two gorgeous mirrors in the famous nearby Nice flea market that once adorned the prestigious Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Monaco. A vibrant, witty picture in the living area says it all about the Promenade, thus, it is called “Promenade des Anglais”. The matching TV unit and an armoire are also one of the best buys from the Deco shop near the Eglise Notre Dame. The rest of the furnishings are equally carefully chosen to set a vibrant, elegant and practical space of living in a busy and lively street that is the unique Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is suitable for children age 5+ due to the balcony. No pets and no smoking are also strictly enforced to maintain the highest standard of comfort for all our guests present and future. Please coordinate with the host. ## Access You will have access to the whole flat ## Interaction As I'm not often available and present in Nice, the company Bnb Groom Services will be there to greet you and answer your questions. They will contact you a week prior to your arrival to set directly with you your greeting time at the apartment, according to your arrival time in town. All the bed stuff and towels are provided for your stay. ## Neighborhood As you step onto the Promenade des Anglais, you will be welcomed left and right with array of restaurants, bakeries, food shops, stores and other entertainment stops. At the back of the building is Rue de France, which is famously known to have vast selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and almost anything else you can ask for. Our most loved restaurants (among others) are Davits Restaurant Italien, Villa D’ Este and La Trattoria. As Nice is strategically located very close to Italy, thus, it houses top Italian restaurants. The famous Negresco Hotel is also just a few steps away from the apartment building with its Le Chantecler being one French restaurant worth trying for classic fine dining cuisine by no other than a two Michelin star chef, Jean-Denis Rieubland. The apartment is also very close to the old town, Rue Jean Medecin, the airport, and not to mention the beach that is literally just across the road. Feel the culture of Nice in the splendid Belle Epoque architecture and for the art lovers there is the Chagall and Matisse museums or take a trip up the foothills into the unique artist areas of St Paul de Vence and Eze. The light drew many painters to create famous masterpieces in Provence. Transport is no problem. In Nice itself, there is a substantial low cost bus and tram service ideal carefully designed for the tourist areas. If you are feeling more energetic you can walk along the promenade and through the newly completed parks to the old town to mingle with the bargain hunters in the flower market and flea markets or be amazed at the super yachts moored in the port. There are public cycles for hire all over Nice or if you are feeling brave try a Segway! Services from Nice to outlaying areas are excellent. Trains are quick and efficient and whisk you to the nearby popular sightseeing destinations of Monaco, Antibes and the famous celebrity hotspot of Cannes. A little further away are St. Tropez and St. Raphael both reachable by ferries from Nice. All major car hire companies and some local Nice are very well represented at Nice Airport to allow you the freedom to explore the vast array of tourist opportunities throughout Provence and the Cote d’Azur either through the stunning sea roads or the excellent motorway system that can have you to you destination within no time at all. Be warned that car parking in public car parks can be expensive! Feel the warmth of the sunshine and the 300 rain free days.
