There is one room with a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin in each. The master has sliding door onto the terrace. There is ample space with built in wardrobes in each room. There are 2 full marble finish bathrooms. The living/dining room is decorated in soft neutral tones creating an overall tranquil ambiance. The terrace is perfect for catching some rays or lounging on a balmy evening.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
It is situated in an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one children´s shallow pool) with changing area, children´s playground and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the Casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.
Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.
Public parking available on request for 20€ per night.
Electric scooters available under request.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.
Swimming pool opens in summer only. Closures are subject to change based on weather and maintenance.
Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
