We present you our most beachy holiday home in Carib Playa, only 800 metres from Artola beach, considered one of the best natural beaches.
Its location is unbeatable, very close to restaurants and beach bars such as Simba Beach, Sugar by Marbella, Le Papillon or Restaurante Club 200, golf courses such as Cabopino Golf or Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella and the centre of Marbella at only 15 minutes by car.
The house is spread over one floor and consists of living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace of 60 m2 and private garden.
The living room contains 2 sofas and a smart TV and the dining room contains a wooden table with space for 6 people and a fireplace for winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and also has all the essentials for everyday life, cutlery, glassware, crockery and cookware.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, desk and mirror, and the bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin.
