External area of 800m2 with a large private garden and pool (12x4m), where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts and meals next to the pool with sea views. Garage for 2 cars. The 400m2 internal area consists of a large dining room with fireplace, tv and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (180 x 200cm and 150 x 190cm beds), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90 x 190cm); 1 bedroom with trundle bed (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 3 bathrooms.
