Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Guests arriving after 10:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Guests must provide a valid credit card upon check-in to secure any damages incurred during the stay and a valid ID.
Keys must be returned upon check-out. In case of any damages, may subject to an additional charge.
Changing the designated bed is unacceptable.
Kitchen and common areas are available until 11:00 PM.
Room lights will be turned off at midnight. Please refrain from talking or making loud noise.
Leaving any belongings in a fridge, must label every single piece and please always keep the kitchen clean.
Payment upon check-in is available. Credit card payment is permitted when the rate is over EUR 100.
