About the property The beachfront holiday villa ‘Antonia’ is located on the southern tip of Corfu. The distance from Corfu Airport, Port and Town is about 40 km. Villa Antonia is an independent building, designed to preserve the privacy of residents. It is located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach and has its own fenced off private area (about 3000 sqm.) of lawn, olive, and eucalyptus and pine trees. Offering unobstructed, breathtaking sea view of the magnificent deep blue of the Ionian Sea the guests can enjoy a private access to the sea. Having been sandy and shallow the sea is child friendly. Villa Antonia is set over two floors with a οpen plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two (2) bedrooms into 2 levels with internal stairs, with a capacity of 4 persons and there is place for 2 person in the living room too. A a sofa and sofa – bed are available to comfortably accommodate two more persons. There are TV’s in each room. All the bedrooms do have their own en suite bathroom. Our Villa offers sun verandas/balcony, sea front view and private beach access. Accommodation – Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, closet, dressing table and flat screen TV. – Comfortable living room with doors to patio and gardens. – Dining area with views out to sea. – Outside covered dining area with a capacity of 10 persons, BBQ, rotisserie and wood oven. Olive wood and charcoal are offered for free. The area between the residence and the sea is covered with lawn. – Full length veranda with chaise lounges. The wider area is characterized by rural paths ideal for hiking and bicycling. Offering a wonderfully private holiday experience yet with outstanding sports and leisure facilities there are offered for free 2 bicycles. – Ping Pong Table. – Offered Rental Car service. Nearby the area, about 3 km. there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
