Soak in the views of the beautiful Pacific views and nearby islands, and trek down the private & adventurous path to the "secret beach" below you. Seacliff Point features a large master suite with soaking tub that fills from the ceiling! There is another king suite, plus 2 queen suites, and a "nanny" queen suite downstairs. There are multiple outdoor lounging areas to enjoy from poolside, to the bench at the point and a separate covered outdoor room at the top of the hill.
Once the home is booked, we will connect you with our amazing concierge to plan the details of your stay. Our concierge will meet you in person at your arrival for check in and check out.
The home is within the resort gates of Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, which is also home to the Four Seasons, Andaz, and the Ritz Carlton Reserve (opening 2024). It is approx. 30 minutes from the LIR (Guanacaste) airport.
Enjoy the $100m "re-imagining" of Peninsula Papagayo with completely renovated private Prieta Beach Club, more onsite amenities such a s over 8 miles of nature and bicycle trails.
As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort. You also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club (guests responsible for access fee when they go), and to the Arnold Palmer Ocean course, and tennis and pickleball courts near the pro shop.
Our concierge can arrange transportation from the airport to your home, as well as coordinate a rental golf cart or rental car for your use during your stay (paid separately).
Note: Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club. Current fee schedule from the Club is a cost per person +VAT, per day that they go to the club: Jan -Dec 17, 2024, is $75 +VAT, Festive 2024-2025 (Dec 17, 2024-Jan 3, 2025) is $200 +VAT. We do not yet have 2025 rates from the Club.
Note: 18% of total rental for taxes/fees will be due before check in.
